THOSE OF THE DEAD LEFT BEHIND ON EARTH (CHRISTIANS ONLY)

More than two thousand years ago it was revealed to John that: “…Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on”. “Yes,” says the Spirit “that they may rest from their labours, and their works follow them.” (Rev. 14: 13)

The works that follow them are their righteousness and they shall inherit life eternal.

We see thus clearly that all those who have passed away in the Lord previously, are not in heaven but, they are at rest in death and Hades!

“As it is undoubtedly defined, regarding the last resurrection, that: “The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. (Rev. 20: 13)  

Unlike the Christian elect who, by the Person of Jesus Himself and His angels, was gathered together from the earth into heaven. These Christians will be delivered up as it is explained above.

Therefore, the Christian is laid to rest after death, until the last resurrection.

It is misleading and void of the truth, when it is said, that the Christian is in heaven, as it is proclaimed by many!

Nevertheless, these Christians in general, small and great, will not participate in the “first resurrection,” but they will only be resurrected at the final resurrection to be judged by Him who sits on the great White throne, (each one according to their works.) (Rev. 20: 13)

But this judgment, will only take place a thousand years later, after the Kingdom of GOD, has been established on this earth, for a period of a thousand years.
